With state of the art design and build facilites allowing machines to be fully visualised in full 3D before a bolt is ordered, ALline can be specifically configured to meet demanding special requirements.
Multiple labelling in several positions, or corner application of tamper-proof seals is possible thanks to the integration of extremely reliable and tested modular systems.
The labelling of unstable cylindrical products can be performed by means of a special continuous or alternate-motion horizontal roller conveyor.
Another inovative wraparound labelling technique unique to our ALline labelling systems is known as a vacuum wraparound system. The system has a number of potential application advantages over traditional wraparound systems which include:
- High speed in register labelling (with lid, neck or tamper label)
- Non-Stop configuration - two heads feeding the same wraparound unit for non-stop running
- Perfect in register front-back labelling even with a range of different diameter products
Whenever high speed or range is needed, bigger, powered unwind units can be mounted, for speeds up to 500product/min.
Alternately a two head in series NON-STOP configuration, with automatic head activation allows an easy roll change without having to stop the machine.
