Semi Automatic Desktop Wraparound Labeller
ALmatic is a semiautomatic desktop label applicator for the application of self-adhesive labels to flat sided non conical cylindrical products. It is very simple to operate merely by pulling down the control lever with the product placed in the labelling position, which then spins the product applying the label accurately and consistently after a set delay.
Thanks to the ergonomics of the system and to the presence of template guides, ALmatic allows exact label positioning, making the placing of the product easy. The speed of label application, 12 mt/min, allows application in a very short time dependent on diameter.
ALmatic can apply labels up to 200 mm leading edge in width on products of variable diameter from a minimum of 25 mm to a maximum of 110 mm. (Special diameters available on request) The format change is made in a fast and intuitive way through some simple sliding levers with block pommels.
The industrial structure of the system, characterised by a large label unwind unit of 280 mm diameter, dancing tensioning arm, a paper traction group and silicon rewinder, guarantee great reliability, continuous precision at the beginning and the end of roll and high working autonomy.
On request, ALmatic can be supplied with optional devices such as sensors suitable for transparent labels or printing device for batch code/date code traceability to name but a few, that increase the versatility of the system.
ALmatic For Vials & Syringes
A special version of ALmatic exists for the labelling of vials and syringes. It consists of a modification to the label wrap-around rollers to allow accomodation of smaller diameter products than the standard machine.
The machine can also be specified with a digital controller to allow label dispensing delay to be varied, thus allowing simpler in-register labelling (i.e. with the existing pre-printing on a syringe) of products of varying diameter.
